<p>We are looking for an experienced Data Quality Specialist to work with the team of experts studying the business processes of the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine regarding the collection, exchange, processing, analysis, and use of data related to HIV, conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing information systems and data related to HIV in Ukraine.</p> <p>Main tasks:</p> <ul><li>Assess the sufficiency, completeness, strengths, and gaps in existing datasets.</li><li>Conduct a data quality audit (completeness, timeliness, availability, reliability, etc.) and identify key issues and gaps.</li><li>Prepare reports on data quality status, issues, and improvements.</li><li>Maintain thorough documentation of data quality processes, findings, and remediation actions.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive data profiling to identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps.</li><li>Analyze data sources to assess current quality levels.</li><li>Develop and execute data quality monitoring processes and controls.</li><li>Design and maintain metrics and dashboards to track data quality trends over time.</li><li>Design data cleaning and correction procedures/automations.</li><li>Identify root causes of data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate and execute data cleansing activities to resolve identified issues.</li><li>Establish and document data quality standards, definitions, and policies.</li></ul> <p>Deliverables</p> <ul><li>Data quality assessment reports</li><li>Data quality dashboards and metrics</li><li>Documented data quality standards and procedures</li><li>Records of data cleansing and issue resolution activities</li></ul> <p>Candidate requirements:</p> <ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in data quality specialist position, preferably in healthcare, public health, or international projects.</li><li>Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Math or related field (preferred).</li><li>Understanding data management principles, system analysis, and knowledge of data quality assessment methodologies.</li><li>Experience working with healthcare or social sector information systems is an advantage.</li><li>Skills in visualizing and presenting complex information in the form of reports, diagrams, maps.</li><li>Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with various sources of information.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for interaction with PHC representatives, NGOs, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Language: Ukrainian (mandatory), English.</li></ul>
