<p>Requirements, wishes: </p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Fluency in Ukrainian, English proficiency required.</li></ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul><li>At least 1 - 2 years Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer outreach.</li><li>Experience working with international companies or logistics-related services is an advantage.</li></ul> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <ul><li>Plan and execute physical marketing and outreach activities, including direct visits to potential customers, warehouses, offices, and commercial centers, to promote company services, generate qualified leads, and expand market presence.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and prospective clients through face-to-face engagement and consistent follow-up communication.</li><li>Deliver professional product and service presentations, including detailed briefings on shipping processes.</li><li>Identify potential customer segments through targeted market surveys and field research to support strategic market expansion.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities, regional market conditions, and customer behavior; provide structured field reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate closely with operations and other internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and efficient resolution of client inquiries.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, customer interactions, leads, and outcomes.</li><li>Support local marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.</li><li>Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding guidelines, messaging standards, and ethical policies.</li><li>Analyze regional performance data and propose strategies to improve market penetration, customer retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.</li><li>Perform additional responsibilities related to business development and marketing as assigned by management.</li></ul> <p>Conditions: </p> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></p> <ul><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage field schedules efficiently.</li><li>Familiarity with local business culture and market dynamics.</li><li>Reporting and documentation skills.</li></ul>
